Cancelation Policy

To make any changes to a scheduled appointment, please call me at (604) 779 3751 text or voicemail message. I do not accept cancellations via email. Minimum 24 hours notice to make any changes to the appointment is required or a fee will be charged. Unpreventable cercumstances will be rescheduled.

Working with minors

I work with children frequently, I ask that parents and or Guardians stay present for the session. I do not expect that a young person will be able to recount or understand details and conversations that will take place during an appointment. You are welcome to make notes and ask questions during appointments. My focus will be on the young client; so I often do a session completion review with the adult of what was covered, what we did and any action steps before completing the appointment.

Refund Policy

SPEAKERS FEES AND PUBLIC ENGAGEMENTS

$500 / event per day. Speeches or conference addresses. Booked at least one month in advance nonrefundable.

Travel costs and lodging , Negotiable

Bookings for a Group event

Initial booking fee to reserve the date — $300 nonrefundable.

Individual per session fees can be reviewed and given refund with cause. Determined on a per event basis.
